Kraftin’ Kimmie is thrilled to introduce a brand new product to the Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps line…..KRAFTY KOLOURS INKS!
These new inks are a Hybrid ink that combines the best of both dye ink and pigment ink!
– These beauties are acid free, archival and non-fading!
– This ink dries almost instantly on paper and non-porous surfaces and requires a heat set on glossy surfaces and fabric
– They have a raised felt pad that let you stamp any size stamp!
– They give a crisp, bright, non-bleeding impression!
– They come in full sized pads, mini cubes and ink refills!
With these inks you can ink directly, sponge, stencil, watercolour, you can do all sorts of techniques with them AND most exciting….the Krafty Kolours Inks are safe to use with pencils AND alcohol based markers!!
I had the chance to be one of the Guest Designers with this new product and had a blast playing around with these amazing new inks, and am just in LOVE with the purple and teal. The pads were nice and juicy and the ink did not bleed with my copic markers. Always a bonus. Here are some the projects I created using these fabulous new inks.
First off I created a book mark using a watercolor to stamp the images from the Beautiful Blooms Stamp set and used the black to stamp the sentiment.
I enjoyed the same technique of using the stamp set Beautiful Blooms and watercolor directly on the stamp but turned it into a gorgeous paper lantern. The roses in the middle are the new inks stamped directly onto paper and used more as an embellishment for the lantern.
And of course because I fell in love with the inks I was inspired by a third project where i stamped the main image from the Magical Friends Stamp set in the new black ink and also the sentiment. I used my copic markers to color the image and test to make sure the ink did not bleed.
I loved the new product and could have played even more with these beautiful inks and their colors which I feel are vibrant and pretty close to the color shown on lid. But life happens and I had to be torn away…haha.
